We believe in the products that we make and sell.
If there is a gross defect in the item that you receive, we will gladly replace it.
You must email us within 24 hours of receipt of your item. After emailing us, simply mail it back to our shipping warehouse with your name, address, the problem, and item number. We will gladly replace the item after you have followed these simple instructions and we have received the defective product within 7 days of your email. Please call or e-mail for authorization.
